Does not support dark mode
If you have dark mode on, it keeps the font as white, so you can’t read what’s on any forms. Please fix the bug.
Very Useless
You might as well go on Google and get your information from there or login with your Google or safari app instead. You can’t log into your account , you can’t message doctors, & you can’t see upcoming appointments either. Tell the UX designer you hired to make this app, to give you your money back.

This application does not work on IPhone
If I could I would give this application zero stars!!I have been trying to use this application to schedule my allergy shots for over 6 months and I can not book an appt. All of the spaces where you have to enter your information are blank even after you type in them. A lot of the boxes you have to enter info in will not let you click on the to input your information. It’s like I am typing just to type, because you can’t see what your typing or check to see if you imputed your information correctly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it over 10 time and that didn’t work. Why have an application if you can not use it? The office tells all their patients to use this app and that it is user friendly and you can use it on your mobile device, however once you download it it does not work. Please fix this app or take it down. It doesn’t make sense to have an app that doesn’t work and push your patience to use it to make appointments. I can’t even book online, because there isn’t an option for allergy shots. There is only any option for appointment with the actual dr.

Clunky
As stated by previous reviewer you have to re-enter your data every time. On top of that the UX was broken for at least a year and when you went to choose items from a scrolly type drop down the copy was in white with a white background turning the filling in of info into a guessing game. Garbage.
Can't see what I'm typing!!
For some reason, the input text is white when I try to schedule my allergy shot appointments, so I can't tell if what I'm typing is correct! How did this app ever get approved?? Definitely not worth the star I'm forced to give it in order to submit a review.
You Broke Dark Mode
Again. You fixed this a long time ago, but now dark mode displays light text on white background while making selections.
Update crashes when inputting required field
I’ve tried to make allergy shot appt twice with new updated app. It crashes instantly when i click on what appears to be a new required field “primary phone” - please fix ASAP. If it helps tech team to track down bug: I have existing acct, and make allergy appts.

I have a ENT DR. in FOREST HILLS NY it doesn’t have FOREST HILLS in the APP.

Edited to add: if your phone is in dark mode, switch it to light mode. You should then be able to see the text in the fields. App developers need to optimize the app to work in dark mode.
This didn’t fix the issues with crashing though!
I cannot see the text in any field after I enter it, and the app crashes before I get to the end of the process. Gave up and called the office to schedule, which is obnoxious considering how hard the office pushed me to get the app. I’m an allergy shot patient, so I’ve gone through this on a monthly basis - kept hoping for an update, deleted & reinstalled, nothing has fixed it. PLEASE FIX THE APP!!!
While you’re at it, PLEASE allow us to log in and save our entries so we don’t have to enter the info every single time!

This app is horrible.
Don’t waste your time, just call them. Their app is awful. It just simply does not work. One of the worst apps “functioning” apps I’ve ever download.
Upgrade ghosts input in all fields
As the other reviews said, the boxes in the drop-downs no longer show the selections - even though it allows me to make the selection. I gave up when I got to the point of filling in my information. White text on a white background is not going to work. App has been like this for months.
Don’t waste your time
This app is atrocious. Nothing works on the drop down menu. What a waste of time.
Unusable
Lots of things broken but I can’t schedule appointment. Fields don’t select. Can’t tap necessary areas. After selecting a value on one field, it resets other values.
Can’t see details on the app
When trying to schedule an appointment, you can’t see any details that you are filling in. The writing is in white letters and so is the background. Please fix this because the app is useless.
Can't make an account might as well use website
No way to save info or make an account as an established allergy shot patient! No reason to use the app instead of the website. It's offers no more convenience. Please let patients make accounts.
Start over
This app is so buggy and has gotten worse over the months to the point that it’s unusable. You guys are better off scraping this app altogether and rebuilding it from scratch. Maybe even try a new engineering firm since the current one clearly isn’t working. It’ll be worth the cost in the end.
Doesn’t deserve the ONE star!
What happened?!?!? It was annoying enough to have to log in the SAME information over and over again (I’m an allergy patient)! But now I can’t even see the information I’m typing out!

I can never book an appointment correctly on this app! For some reason, the font is in white so it’s impossible to read what you’re typing. And it always quits when I’m done entering all the info. I’d give it no stars if that were an option!!!!
This app needs to be more user friendly
I can’t find in settings the color scheme, all the required fields are white letters in white background. Makes it difficult to make sure the data you are entering is correct. Only reason I continue to use the app is because it saves me calling the 800# and being out on hold etc.
