Wont even let me log in
I havent been able to log in to even look at my info since this thing started
Disappointing App
I almost want to cancel my ENT VISA CC because this app has so many limitations and issues. I end up going to the web to make payments (app does not allow you to edit a payment, you have to cancel it) and redeem rewards. Because ENT is merging with WINGS, I don’t think any changes will be made to update/upgrade this app, and though it needs to happen now.

Freezes up not usable
I could not even get past the setup. Gives me an error message.
Doesn’t work
The login page just spins and then gives the error “It looks like there is an issue on our end. It's not your fault. Please try again in a little while.”
Worst Credit Card
You coudldnt access the credit card when it was through Ent you had to go to some special website. Now it has its own app but when you call the number in the app for support they can’t help you and give you a different number but when you call that number and select credit card rep it routes back to them. I’m closing this account and I’m done banking with ent.

Why separate the credit cards?
When Ent made the switch to handling their cards instead of Elan. We had a couple weeks of seeing our credit cards on the main app and it was perfect. You could review balances, make payments, all while being able to see your checking and savings. Now the credit cards are on a separate app that honestly looks like a scam. Please go back to having everything on one app or please make having two make sense.

So Many Issues
I’ve been an Ent customer for over 2 decades and have been incredibly happy them, but this new card roll out has been a disaster. The app design is outdated and clunky. I haven’t been able to add my card to my Apple Wallet despite troubleshooting with customer service on the phone for over an hour. And worst of all, I’ve lost the ability to connect my card to Quicken. No third party budget app integration is a deal breaker for me. If these issues aren’t resolved soon I’ll probably stop using the card all together.

Total bummer
I wish they didn’t change to the app. So many glitches that display the wrong balance, and I’m unable to pay my card off through the app. Very disappointed.
No Monarch Integration
Since ENT took over card it no longer synchronizes with money management apps/software. I’m forced to enter each transaction manually. May have to consider moving to different credit card as I use it for everything daily.
Missing options
Cannot set alerts for transactions. Not real user friendly. Cannot see paper statements. Cannot adjust screen size for people with vision problems.

DXOnline, PSCU, New ENT VISA removes all Quicken integration.
