Stone Age App
The app struggles with searches and the account page is a joke as it is not functional. When you touch the account tab, it simply bounces to the main page again and again. Even if you are logged in, to see your bookings you have to enter a PNR number which is stupidity in its glory.
Wrong seat
I boarded a KSRTC lower floor AC bus from aluva to kozhikode and selected seat no.3 which was show as window seat on app. However when i boarded the bus, i found that seat no.4 was the window seat, not 3
This clearly that the seating layout on the app doesn’t match the real bus, which is very misleading & disappointing for passengers
I also informed the conductor about this issue and he didn’t gave any proper response or effort to resolve it

Unable to make advance booking prior 24 hours. Not user friendly. Huge development required.
Worst App Experience
I tried to book 2 tickets in a low-floor KSRTC bus. During payment, I selected GPay. It redirected correctly, the amount was deducted from my bank account and I was brought back to the app — but the app showed “Payment Failed.”
There was no booking in the “View Bookings” section, and I didn’t receive any confirmation message except the bank’s deduction alert. I checked online and saw that failed transactions without PNR should be refunded automatically. The app also has no helpline number, which made things worse.
So, I booked the tickets again — this time without using GPay — and the booking was successful.
But after some time, I suddenly received the first booking confirmation, meaning 4 seats got booked instead of 2. I had to cancel the first booking, and the app charged ₹60 as cancellation fee, even though the delay and confusion were entirely due to the app’s fault.
This app needs urgent fixes, better payment integration, and a proper customer support system.

App needs improvement
Today I booked 3 tkts for a journey commencing and finishing on the same day. But I really struggled to book the tkt 12 times on ‘return’ basis, but it didnt go to the payment option page. But when I did it as 2 different onward journey it was successful !! That too on the same bus and same seats!! Why don’t you remove the 5% gain on return option and help passengers save their valuable time Sir?? Pls review.
