Highly recommended
I recently traveled to Kerala and I used this bus services there. It was a nice. The bus was clean, comfortable and it reaches on time. The app made my journey and booking very easy.
Not working properly
Not able to cancel the ticket or go to booking session,its says that "no app found to open this link" and need to click several times to get rid of this notification window,and same for the cancellation page as well once we enter the PNR to cancel the ticket it's says wait for captcha verification and there is no space showing any kind of captcha or where to type,because of this i have lost my money and tried using the site as well no OTPs were received,tried several times and fed up of this,kindly pls fix

My bookings and cancellation cannot see
I cannot see the list of booking details. Means no booking summary available. To see that I need to enter each PNR. No way to find what happened to my cancellation amount.

Too many issues
The account button just doesn’t do anything.
To view booking, PNR number to be entered. Strange that app isn’t able to pick users booking based on phone number

Stone Age App
The app struggles with searches and the account page is a joke as it is not functional. When you touch the account tab, it simply bounces to the main page again and again. Even if you are logged in, to see your bookings you have to enter a PNR number which is stupidity in its glory.
