Multiplayer doesn’t work, false advertising

I own enter the gungeon on Xbox and have put over 80 hours into the game. I bought the mobile version for me and my friend hoping we could play my favorite game online, but unfortunately the host can’t only enter the first floor and the guest gets stuck in the breach, multiplayer is currently unplayable but at least the single player works. Won’t refund, might play again another day

Lich gitch!

Love the game and an obsessively trying to unlock it all, but I keep getting stuck after defeating the third stage Lich as the Paradox. The crosshairs lock on my character and I can’t move them in any way. Just locked up. I keep trying, knowing there can be soft lock events, but it just keeps happening. I’m about to give it up entirely. Just hoping there is an update that will allow me to finish what otherwise is a near perfect mobile game.
