Zelle disappeared
I used to transfer birthday money to the grandkids via Zelle, and seems that option has disappeared from your menu. Very disappointing.
Not able to log out
Every time I use this app, I’m not able to log out securely. I have to shut down my phone and then open. I am not happy with this.

Mobile check deposit fail
Mobile check deposit consistently fails to work no matter the lighting, distance, background etc., continually says to re-scan. Huge deal breaker given the fact this bank provides no atm services accepting deposits.

It does the work but visually should be a lot better
It does the work. But other banks have a way better more intuitive and good looking platform, with colors for negatives and positives. This app is very basic.

Doesn’t work 1/2 the time!
1/2 of the time, it won’t load. I will try to do a transfer, and the page comes up, but there are no account number options! A lot of times, it just sits there spinning to show it’s loading, and an error pops up! Seems to have a lot of bugs and they need to update it!

App is incredibly limited. I cannot pay principal down on line of credit for instance, nor borrow from my LOC.
