The Worst
This may be the most frustrating ticket experience I’ve ever had. Mind you I’m not frustrated because I couldn’t get tickets. I’m angry because it’s next to impossible to navigate both their website or their app (and for some reason, there’s nothing you can do with this one, you need to bizarrely navigate through both of them to do almost anything.)
Let’s take for example the case of selling tickets. I’ve logged onto the website and have tried to sell my tickets (which is already very difficult to find, they do not make it easy). When you finally get to the spot., they ask you to submit the barcode number on each of your tickets. But here’s the catch, you can’t access those tickets till right before the show so there’s no way to sell them ahead of time. So you go to the app. And of course, within the app, it opens a clunky web browser that you’re supposed to navigate…
I’ll spare you more details, but I have still not figured out a way to sell these tickets for face value. I hate Ticketmaster, but, my god. I would pay money to be doing this through their website right now. How did Radiohead get caught up with this disaster??

High fees
Wheelchair accessible ticket acquisition is very difficult so discriminatory. The phone number found on the website for this +34 902 488 488 firstly get me a warning from my provider of phone services that would charge me £3.5/min and, being desperate to buy tickets, I went on only to be told by a robot that number doesn’t work.
