Poor support..one year is going to complete still the issue is not resolved ..no follow-up or anything whatsoever to fix the issue..

While it connects to online classroom it says I am using older version of browser in I pad. But same working good in IPhone, need very quick support as classes of kids hampered.

Updates missing
App is missing latest updates posted by school. It doesn’t show the updated info, we end up checking on their website every time. Then what’s the use of having this app.

Notification problems
1) notifications don’t get cleared by swiping out.
2) clicking on notifications don’t take you to the actual update.
Please resolve these issues and I will definitely rate it higher.

Does not work with Apple IPads
When trying to join on line classes it’s shows error “Safari can not open or invalid address”.
Plzzzz rectify and do not do lots of changes in the app if your developers are not that good or new in company. It’s really a headache to join children to the online classes!

Unable to log into App
After the latest update, the App is not at all loading the content. It is just showing loading and nothing happened. I tried log off and login and reinstall the App nothing could fix it. Need immediate fix for this serious bug in iOS App
Announcements are missing
App is nice. But after the recent update, announcements are showing up in the notifications, but when you try to access under the app, these are not available and the last one showing is of the date on which the app was updated. All the new communications from the school is missing.
Notifications content not available in app
Seems the app has some issue. Notifications does appears but the content is not available in the application. It takes few days for the content to appear
Trouble using entrar latest app on iPad Air with iOS 15.2
I recently updated to latest version of this app and now I cannot use this app for online classes as there is no volume. The offline assignment videos are also having the same issue leaving this app useless. I also tried web version through safari browser and it is the same issue. Note, video works fine from other apps and on browser from other sources like YouTube. So, the issue is with entrar only. Please fix ASAP.

Best app only little issue in the app
This app is nice but there are issues in it like logging in and laptop we don’t find the refresh button we should press the search button so pls fix that problem
Volume issues with Safari
From past 10 days, I am facing volume issues while joining online classes using Entrar and Safari. The system volume is full but the online class has minimal which makes the child difficulty to hear and understand. Please fix the issue asap.
New software update not supporting the app
After the software update to ios 15, unable to login and even if it does can listen to the class only in listen mode. This is annoying as the kid is restricted only to hearing and cannot participate in the discussions. Please rectify the bug
My apple iPad microphone doesn’t work with entrar apps
My child have to always join online classes in listening mode. She is very upset as she couldn’t able to participate on classroom question and answer discussion sessions.
Entrar is a very bad website and I do not encourage schools using it
This website/app is a pathetic excuse for an app considering that this is what handled a child’s education for an year, I would not recommend this to anyone as this app has frequent server crashes, notification errors and much more, I would kindly request all authorities to remove this app or improve its working. Smh bruv
