Worst gate system ever
I’ve seen the horrific reviews (doesn’t deserve a star!) on Google and have experienced why. I emailed Entry Pro asking for clarity on a statement they made. Due to my email being ignored l also called and spoke to an incredibly rude lady who admitted that she had received my email. She refused to answer my query in writing as per my request. Shocking lack of customer service for such an expensive system. 👎
They even deleted their fb page due to the bad reviews.
There is No customer support as they cite POPI when contacting them.
App Won’t work when there’s no signal or you have no data etc etc
Constant issues and glitches.
Last week without any warning the app just stopped working and eventually l was told it only works on newer mobile phones!

Cannot access codes
Working fine for 3 years .
Now the front page doesn’t give option to access codes. I’ve logged in multiple times to access codes and now due to this I’ve been banned from logging on for a month- which is ridiculous.

What a terrible app … had all sorts of problems, then did the update , now can’t add my stand number 😡
Having issues getting an OTP
I’ve had the entry pro app for almost two years and everything was working fine. The. Suddenly one day I need to reinstall or cannot get into the app. I reset and ask for a new OTP and it says it sends but nothing ever arrives. Can you please confirm why this is the case?

Poor service
I cannot agree more with the other clients bad reviews. It’s been such a frustration since day one. There’s no consistency which make the admin with guests staying over quite challenging.
Simply doesn’t work
This App one day just stopped working, saying I’m logged onto more than 1 device, but I only have one device. They’ve reset my account numerous times, we’ve waited for the mandatory 30 day, nothing still same error message. It’s been frustrating and there no support whatsoever.
Worst access control app ever
Quite simply the worst access control app on the market. Half the time their servers crash and the other half push notifications are sketchy at best. Functionality is painfully limited as well, not that that matters seeing as it hardly ever works. Do yourself a favour and avoid. If I could give a zero star rating I would

Probably one of the worst apps out there, got a new phone then account got blocked due to different device. Have to wait 30 days ridiculous
Cannot get passed log in
I registered and now it seems to not allow me past log in. It keeps on hanging on the log in screen and then just throws me out the app. The email verification only leads to a site that cannot load and their website is useless because it also doesn’t want to load.
Blocked from my home
After moving to a temporary phone and then back to my primary phone due to repairs, this app has blocked me for 30 days due to using too many devices (one temporary phone). Now I am unable to get into my own home and every day is a battle with the security system, and this during a pandemic when no one wants to touch any biometrics. It’s shocking to see how disconnected this company is with its primary users.

Keep me logged in
This app won’t allow me to stay logged in. I’ve tried everything. Great having a panic button but having to login to use it defeats the purpose.

Well done guys. Does everything it set out to do and does it well! Makes getting in and out the estate no-hassle without compromising on our security! The app is so quick and easy to use.

Cannot even get started. Discontinued a completely functional version with no upgrade path or message. Tried to uninstall old and reinstall now cannot generate a otp and just wasted 5 min while nothing happens.

Entry Pro is very user friendly, it’s easy to navigate and never gives problems.

Stand and gate location
The ability to send your stand location and that the gate location is sent to help my friends get back to the gate.
Rubbish
What a load of rubbish. Good luck to anybody using an iPhone. There’s no way to input the OTP they send. Wished I’d never updated!
The new app
I’m very happy with the new app. It's definitely an improvement from the old one. Im really enjoying the new features added to the app.
