Does not connect to app

Same problem as other reviewers. Brand new unit. Follow the instructions to connect and keep getting ‘cannot connect’ error message. Not good!!

Can’t find HWS.

As title, can’t find the HWS so can’t configure the unit

App is broken

Can’t connect my new unit, hold the button for 10 seconds till white ring is flashing. Scan for devices nothing picks up. Connect to network and network says invalid network put the password in and press connect and the app crashes every time. Needs to be fixed. I’m connected to home wifi 2.4G but still says invalid and crashes the app. Will update the review if the issue ever gets resolved.
