Horrible customer service

Never and I do mean never order a mystery item from this place. I spent $100 on a stuffed bag and on the live she talked about what great stuff and value it was and that there were at least 10 items. I received it and omg. Junk. 5 items of junk. There was a small tear in the bag but not enough for 5 items to fall out of. I emailed and was told to file a claim with the post office.
