Connection failed
I bought a new iPhone 14 and reinstall the EnWiFi app and I am getting “connection failed” error. I’ve tried resetting network, resetting phone uninstalled reinstalled app and it still doesn’t work. I installed it on 2 other devices(apple iPhone 13 and iPad) both worked perfectly. I noticed on the 2 devices it worked on, I was prompted for a user name and password before connecting. I never got that prompt on my iPhone 14.

Not a good UI
General management of the access points isn’t good. I should be able to adjust settings without having to into group settings every time.
APP fails on iPhone 14 Pro Max
APP version 1.16.2111190 (latest version) does not work in iPhone 14 Pro Max running IOS 16.2 (20C65). the APP will not allow me to connect to any of my EWS357APV3 to manage them - all I can do is see them. APP works perfectly on iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max both also with iOS 16.2 … does not seem to like 14ProMax for reason..

Ok app with very strange navigation
Unfortunately there isn’t a usable log to determine what caused connection drops.
Also the app is should NOT be asking for Location as other reviewers mentioned. I read about your desire to improve by getting the SSID but your desire should never have priority over the users’ privacy choices. Please release an update that allows us to turn this frustrating, and invasive “feature” off.

Location data
You don’t need my location, get lost.

Why is it forcing me to share my location?
The app works fine but why does it need my location all the time? Even after i disable location services it shows up an annoying dialog on every boot.
Underwhelmed
Was excited to have an app to support my second Engenius WAP. Disappointed it will only monitor 2 wireless SSIDs and not the 8 supported by the EAP1300EXT.

Excellent installation and management tool
I have very modest experience at wireless networking. I purchased a couple of Engenius outdoor wireless bridges - specifically the EnStation5-AC units. I followed the setup instructions very very closely which at the end of the physical install suggested this app as an alternative to the plugging into a computer. And since my Mac laptop Air doesn’t even have Ethernet it was a best option. Once the two units were powered I downloaded and started the app. It asked to log into each Engenius unit. Easy. I only needed to change a single setting in the remote client Engenius unit - changing Access Point to Bridge - and it all worked. No network settings or config needed. Magic. The app is well built and intuitive. However it is not intended to be a simple auto installation app typical of “home electronics”. This is a real management tool. Highly recommend using this instead of the browser for beginners like me.

Useless
I have ens302 on support list. This ap is totally useless. As other said, built in web ap on pc works ok.
Where is the documentation????
I’ve been doing home-level IT for decades, but this is the least intuitive app I’ve ever seen. The WiFi’s web app isn’t much better.
I don’t care what you chose for a user interface, I deal with equipment from every corner of the world. Just provide adequate documentation.
Everything is a guessing game. What user/password are we supposed to use? None of them work…
