App hasn’t worked for awhile
Cannot even login
Purchased and when I click on create new user the software crashes. Do not purchase.

This issue was solved. User needed to update phone software.
VERY limited
This is for doterra oils only. You cannot add essential oils they don’t carry, add other carrier oils, or change their preset prices of anything.

This was clearly stated in the advertising how the App worked and that it was for DøTERRA oils only. However, in 2023 we added other oil manufacturers.
Price?
Need the price of app so I can gift it to someone. I have the app so it’s not showing the price.
Can’t see anything
I can’t see anything when I’m typing in the space. It’s like it’s white letters on a white background or something because nothing actually shows. Very disappointing.

The reason was that the user "Acobey" had the phone in "Dark" mode. We immediately reached out and resolved the issue. It is so unfair that when a user makes a mistake and it is resolved that they don't correct the review.
Easy and Fast
This is a great tool for me to satisfy the I.R.S. at tax time for the cost of the blends my wife sends out as samples. Love It❤️❤️💕💕

This is exactly what I needed today! Love that I can save and title the recipes for future reference. Love that there are so many Carrier oil options , deal breaker would be that it doesn’t show blends and doesn’t give me option to add my own - not sure why it doesn’t show blends - maybe also i would love it to tally retail cost but no biggie as I can do the math 💕 I gifted two of them to friends because I love it and the price is great also

Since your review in 2018 we have added blends and it automatically calculates the selling price when you enter the % you want to make.
