Pain Doc

Doesn’t work on iPhone X

Opiod Converter

Works well and is an invaluable tool for daily use. Have recommended it to my entire staff.

What happened to the slider?

I loved the app. Used to use it all the time. No there is no slide bar for equivalents. Not sure what happened to it. Also app crashes whenever I edit current opioids in conversion function. Please fix.

New update:
Thanks for fixing the slider and app crashes when editing current opioids. This is the best opioid conversion app on the market. Use it all the time. I recommend it to all my residents, pharmacists, and students. Keep up the good work.

Do not buy this app!

I bought this about a month ago. It does not work. It crashes EVERY TIME I use it. There is no slider for equivalence, so it is permanently set at 50%. I can handle that it is annoying and takes extra time and brain power. I have contact support x 3 with NO RESPONSE. I will be requesting a refund ASAP.

Not functional with no side bar to adjust equivalence

So far this app stinks. It's very frustrating that there is no side bar to adjust the equivalence to 100%. This makes this app useless to me and a waste of my money.

Indispensable!

Being in the field of pain management, this app becomes useful several times a day. It allows for compensation for opioid tolerance and helps to establish a common reference point for a patient's total opiate dose.

Nurse practitioner

I work with Hospice and use this app daily to convert pain medications. Is extremely user friendly!!

Love It!!

Excellent tool! Use it frequently especially when pats are on multiple opioids.

Great App

Great app but expensive for $4.99

Not bad

This app is pretty decent. I've used it as an Anesthesiology resident when converting PO meds to a simplified IV form and vice versa. Not all narcotic modalities are seen in this app, but it's pretty good overall.

Pain mgt. doc likes it!

Very useful, especially when multiple opioids are being converted to one extended release opioid. I would like to request the addition of tapentadol to the list of meds. Overall, very good.

I work for a hospice pharmacy. Really need this App

Great app

Your best App for opioids

Regular updates are helpful and App continually improves. There is some room to argue which conversion to use for any particular opioids, this will always be the case. You can change these conversion rates as preferred.

Wilkins

Easy to use intuitive interface with the ability to change conversion ratios is very nice. Only complaint is touch screen often unresponsive.
