Did not work
The charger was not able to charge my EV. I called the help line, could not get it to charge. Still had to pay the minimum charging fee.
Acct needed; long annoying setup process when you just need a charge
It is bad, but expected, that we now need dozens of charging apps that we use once, often when we are in a hurry, and will never use again after our trip—this is one of those.
But they can make signup way easier and here Eos fails: does not offer eg Sign in with Google; sign up form disables autofill (eg prevents your phone from putting in your name for you); no support for digital wallets like PayPal or Apple Pay, so you need to dig up your credit card and give the full number to an untrusted developer.
The prices are — worse than the big national slow charge options but not terrible.
