EOS Companion

EOS Companion is the official iPhone companion for XenithPulse EOS — a SaaS event-operations platform for banquet, catering, and event management businesses. This app is a read-only companion to the EOS web platform at xenithpulse.com. Accounts are provisioned by your workspace administrator inside the EOS web app; the mobile app does not support self sign-up. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Browse and filter bookings by status, date range, and event type • Browse and filter quotations by status, priority, and lead score • Month calendar of upcoming events with one-day-ahead reminders • Live push notifications for booking and quotation updates (notification body is generic — business details only appear after you unlock and open the app) • Finance summary dashboard, including cash slips and daily/monthly sheets (super-admin only) • Team member management and role assignment (super-admin only) • Sign in is workspace-aware: if your username is bound to more than one workspace, you choose the workspace before entering your password PRIVACY & SECURITY • Tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain (hardware-backed where available) • Each tenant workspace is isolated at the server-side database level • No advertising SDKs; no tracking; no analytics beyond basic crash and app-version diagnostics • In-app account deletion (Account → Delete account) is available from the moment you sign in. Requesting deletion deactivates your account immediately, revokes every active session, and a backend job hard-deletes the underlying records 30 days later. REQUIREMENTS • An active EOS workspace and credentials issued to you by your administrator. • iOS 15.1 or later. • Internet access (TLS). EOS Companion is published by Xenithpulse / XP Softworks for use by EOS customers. It is not affiliated with any third-party banquet management platform.
