برنامج بخدمة عملاء سيئة جداً

اشتريت منهم بمبلغ ٣٦٢ ريال ، تم الغاء الشحنة ولكن لم يتم ارجاع المبلغ لي وراسلتهم قالوا انتظر راح نسترد المبلغ ، والى الان اكثر من ١٢ يوم وانا والله انتظر واراسل ولا فيه اي فائدة.
لايوجد رقم تواصل اتصال فقط واتس ، والواتس عشان يردون عليك ياخذون وقت واللي يردون جداً متعجرفين وغير احترافيين بالرد ، الرد عبارة عن تسكيت وليس حلول ، يحدونك على وزارة التجارة
