This thing is difficult to use compared to the Victron system that connects automatically.

Seems to be unsupported and to have stopped working
This was ok if expectedly flaky for a couple of years but after the last couple of iOS updates they haven’t updated it and it reports ‘not connected’ To wifi when the phone IS on the device wifi. All the old workarounds of connecting bits in different sequence etc no longer work. Very disappointing. Can’t monitor my 12v setup now :-(

Just picked up new blue tooth rj45 and only sends response operation failed. Doesn’t matter which phone or iPad. Blue tooth says connected no Link light.

Gut, aber dürftig
App macht eigentlich was es soll, aber mit WLAN Device stellen sich einige Fragen:
1. Warum dauert es ca. 1 Minute bis mit dem Iphone die WLAN-Verbindung hergestellt ist?
2. Warum muss ich überhaupt das das WLAN händisch wechseln umd mich händisch mit der App verbinden?
3. Wenn ich verbunden bin, warum muss ich den Refresh händisch machen? Alle 10sec automatisch würde schon reichen
4. Warum wird bei der Batterie die Leistung nicht angezeigt? Bei Solarpanel und Last schon.
Ein Update nach 2 Jahren wäre mal nett.

Deleted the app
I have tried multiple times to delete and reinstall the app to no avail. My iPhone was connecting to it the ble-01 but it wouldn’t read my epever controller. So I returned the ble and just bought the MT 50 meter for my controller. Works wonderfully now so the app is worth it to me.
Crashes
Using the ebox wifi module connected to Upower hybrid inverter UP3000-M3322. Connecting to the device wifi works fine from the shed into the house however app crashes immediately every time I try to pull down to refresh. Never been able to get a reading. I have also bought the modern cloud module that does not work at all with this app for local monitor and also unusable with the epever pair app but thats a review on its own. I really tried giving these a chance but seems both modules are far from functional. £50 flushed down the toilet.

Operation Failed
Doesn’t work. It connects to the Bluetooth device but every time you try to access the MPPT controller you get an Operation Failed message. Without an app the Bluetooth interface I just bought is useless.
Keine Funktion
Die Box verbindet sich zwar via BT, es lassen sich mit dem iPhone mit der App aber keine Daten auslesen. Soll bei Andriod wohl anders sein. Wird das nachgebessert? Nachtrag 09.11.21 Immer noch keine Verbesserung! Daher: Finger weg!!!!!
Crap. Doesn't work
As many others have said, the app just says "Operation Failed" when you try to read the device status, even though the Bluetooth module is connected to the phone. Same on my ipad. It means the Bluetooth controller was a total waste of money.
Dismal
This is being sold as useable for iOS. It isn’t. How a reputable solar controller supplier let’s a pile of rubbish like this untouched for a year I have no idea. Won’t read data. Will connect..but what is the point when it won’t read. Try harder.

Device connects to controller but will not connect to phone or IPad. I think I have just wasted my money.

eBox BLE adaptor doesn’t play well with MT50
I was having connection issues until I tried disconnecting my MT50 monitor. Wish I knew about this earlier! Having two RS485 ports on the controller leads me to believe they’d work fine together.
Not monitoring software
I’m not sure what this software is supposed to do, the values it displays once connected to the ble don’t match the actual values shown on the mppt.
