Helping my daughter to read
I am using this app to teach my daughter how to read and it works beautifully. I love the simplicity and ease of using this app versus doing each lesson in my device browser. I also love having the extra “explanation” feature, where each word is used in a sentence.
The delay will cause confusion
I installed this on my phone to test it before giving it to my child. When tapping on the individual words as instructed, the printed word changes to a different word before the word is spoken aloud by the app. To illustrate this, an example might be helpful. When it shows “a”, I tap “a”, then the screen will change to “cat” and I will hear it read “a” while showing “cat.” I think this is a temporary glitch that, when fixed, will result in an improved star rating. My phone is only one model year old.

Easy Peasy
The Easy Peasy website is full of fantastic and free learning resources. We were having g such great success with the Primer that we felt we had to purchase this app so we could continue our practice anytime/anywhere. So happy we found this program!
