Better off finding the meter/kiosk
I donât know how some people considered this app user-friendly for English speakers, but this app is not functional. I attempted to add my vehicle 3 times in a row(required translator app to decipher vehicle types), wash time being told it was successful. Was never able to successfully chose a spot through the app because it kept saying I had no vehicles added. Attempted 3 uses over 13 days and none were successful.
Youâre way better off just looking for the parking meter/kiosk on the street corners and paying there. Itâs also in Spanish, but at least it doesnât rely on a bogus app.
I work in computer science industry, so this is not user error.

App frequently not recognized!
This App doesnât work stable and is very frequently shown as not available in this country. Even if I erase the App and then re-download it again, it is still frequently not recognized and shown as unavailable in CR. This is quite annoying!

Trying to set up account. Wouldnât accept the PIN number but apparently set up account anyway. But doesnât recognize my PIN and the Forgot my Pin says the system generated PIN isnât linked to my email even they though it is sent to my email. No way to look at the account to see whatâs wrong. Poorly designed not functional

I kept getting an error code for the pin and it wouldnât let me create account
PIN no sirve
Cada vez que intento entrar me dice que el PIN no coincide con mi cuenta. Solicito un nuevo PIN a mi correo, y lo intento usar para ingresar y me dice el mismo error. No hay manera en la que pueda entrar a mi cuenta.

Al app esta super bien diseñada para que cualquier usuario la use sin ningĂșn problema. Inclusive te indica cuales parqueos estĂĄn disponibles en casos de bĂșsqueda rĂĄpida. La recomiendo!
