Updated the app and now it crashes as soon as I open it. Seems like a major issue to be happening when my paycheck is on the line
terrible, inconsistent platform.
there is always an issue regarding punching in and out, always. with all of the updates that have been pushed through you would think something would actually change besides the look of the app. whats the point of the app if you need to correct it on the back end every single time?
Error clocking in for double shifts
If its a double shift and you clock out of the first one, the second shift doesn’t show up for clock in.
Constant Bugs
Since moving to the new version of the app we have been plagued with bugs forcing payroll to fix everything on the back end. Issues clocking in. Issues clocking out. Really feels like it needed more time before being pushed out.
Not user friendly
So many problems with this app. Login is time-consuming due to No facial recognition option. “Remember me” option does not work. Difficult to navigate, and only shows two weeks of shifts vs the old app showing 4. Can’t tell what shift you are accepting because characters of the job site are cut off, so if there are multiple shifts with the same company but different locations, you can’t tell which location you are accepting. The old app was much better.

When clocking in and out it says you are clocked out but then continues to have you clocked in app needs a new update!
