App will let you set up your account fine, but will not let you login, use your passkey, paste info. All I get is a swirl blue square occasionally. Needs major fixes.
App is broken and unusable
Brings up login screen then freezes and dumps to iPhone Home Screen. Tried even to delete and re download app but didn’t help.

I wish you would get facial ID, when I try to log in I always get kicked out and usually takes 3 trys before it works

You all need to trash this app. The actual bill NEVER pulls up. I cannot view it. It just sits there. Does anyone monitor this!? You also need to be able to pay from the app, not go to a third party. You’re the only company that doesn’t do this.

This app really needs an update I can’t even log in to pay my bill without it crashing.
Terrible App
This app is not user friendly. I cannot login with my saved username and password. I also can’t paste the information or type it in. It’s also difficult to click on the option to Contact Epcor. Navigating between the tabs is not easy. The app lags/glitches often and I have to close it out.

This app is so bad. I use it every month to make my payments but the interface is terrible. For a company that makes so much money off us you would think they would take that money and upgrade the app. Cheap! Please update!

Won’t allow you to login then if you call or one time payment makes you pay an additional fee.
Epcor App
As others have complained, your app is terrible. I have tried several times and while trying to set up my account, it won’t allow me to get past entering my password. I can enter the first one but I can’t enter the second one. The app won’t go down for the confirmation password. Please fix this. I would love to pay my bill online.

Every other company you can pay using the app. These dumbies have an app that crashes before I can even log in.

App won’t even let me log in now says for security reasons I am being logged out and I am not even logged in. This could be a great app and there is no reason this should not be a simple fix!

You can’t even login. Just gives you a loading screen for short amount of time and then goes back to the login page. App is completely broken. From a large company like this, it is embarrassing. Their app definitely reflects how much they care about their customers in many other aspects. Bad business practices, bad customer service, and a broken app. This is just the start with Epcor. One of the worst companies I have ever interacted with.

Website is just fine but mobile app is bad
I use the website and it works perfectly on my mobile phone browser, but the app interface is a little tricky and I feel like it would be harder for some users

Epcor managed to take an app that worked fairly well and muck it all up a several months ago to where it’s easier just to drive down to the billing location and pay in person then try to deal with this baloney. Whoever designed this app needs to be fired. And it also amazes me that Epcor doesn’t seem to give a care because this app has been problematic for months and not one single update.

Can’t use iPhone password manager
This used to work fine, but not anymore! Now I have to log in via a browser to pay my bill. Seems like it should be an easy fix to just put it back the way it was when the password manager could be used to input info
