I had ordered baby diapers because the brand I wanted was not available in nearby stores. If you cannot deliver an essential item like baby diapers even within 3 days, then why do you accept the order in the first place? If you are unable to provide timely delivery even within the Kathmandu Valley, then you should shut down your e-pharmacy service.
