Bug on app
I’ve ordered burgers on the app over 10 times but only have 2 burgers towards my free burgers. Has been an issue since last year.
Rewards progress doesn’t change
When you hit your 10th burger bought, you’re supposed to get a free one but my progress has stopped at 8 and has not increased for the past several orders. I’ve submitted feedback but no one has reached out to me.

Should Allow to Add Tip After Pickup
App is fine with the exception of not having the option to add a tip after receiving your order. Which makes much more sense. To see the level of service received and then determine an appropriate amount to tip.

if there are any issues in your order employees simply say talk to chownow we do not have anything to do with app. good luck getting any refund or order corrections.
