The apps stopped working. I can’t even login
App Times Out
The app hasn’t worked in over a month. Any button you try to push results in a time out error. The report a problem with the app link takes you to a 404 not found page. Useless app.

App times out and you can’t see ANY information. Total waste of time.
Doesn’t work as it should
App doesn’t load medication page and never has stored Pharmacy information. When you click to see the support page it takes you to a 404 page saying page may never have existed. I‘m about to find another medical practice because of other annoyances experienced.
Not working
App is always having issues. This time it keeps saying something is work with my internet no matter where I am (home, school, etc.). Please fix this

The app literally never works, it always gives an error no matter what you try to do
The whole company is awful
The app is as good as the company - awful. It does not work and yet they keep telling patients to use it. I hate it.

The most awful app I’ve ever used!! And don’t get me started on the phone system🙄🙄🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

Did any QA happen on this project at all?
Tried to schedule an appointment (multiple times) and it failed or errored every time. When I explained this to my pcp office they weren’t even aware it had this feature.
My results aren’t always updated.
Tried to have a prescription refilled, but it gives me useless messaging. I did receive a notification, but the information was cutoff in the preview and clicking didn’t open a full message.
What does the “communication” feature do? I’ve asked a question and it never got a response from anyone. Couldn’t specify my doctor for the communication either. Just off into space.
There aren’t any customization or settings that I can tell. No way to purge my data if I choose. No details or instructions on anything, you just need to explore the app and see what may or may not work.
Seems like the app was rushed.

Not a helpful app
I’m very disappointed with Epic Health systems. I am not able to get assistance to reset password, the code generated is not recognizing by the app and I am not able to get assistance from Epic Health call center to add my 4 children to my Epic account to keep track of their medical appointments and recent labs. This is an app that disconnects you from your healthcare information and healthcare provider. HIPAA states I have the right to my health information but Epic app does not deliver access to my information or my children’s healthcare information.

Error message
Getting an error message that I need to hook up to connection when I’m on WiFi. Not showing me my results and everything isn’t really clear. It is convenient but alot needs to be better.
Waste of time
Can’t access any of my results. Can’t get a hold of anyone in a timely manner. It started out ok but has gotten steadily worse.

Glitchy at Best
The app doesn’t work often and you will not find history. I found it once 2 years ago. But that may have been another app of theirs. They’re always changing. I looked after my parents elsewhere and was always able to get their info, but not here.
A huge let down
Honestly, I was pretty excited that my pcp office had an app because apps are way easier than calling and being put on hold.
When I first got the app, I liked the fact that it had options to request a refill, communication so you could ask questions, and scheduling an appointment.
The first huge let down was the fact that the communication takes absolutely forever to receive a reply. If you need a question asked quickly, I’d absolutely avoid using the app. Honestly you’d probably be better off going into the office.
Another huge let down is the fact that you have an account for the app, but can’t pay your bill from it? The only way you know you have a bill is on sign in from the office itself.
Adding a pharmacy for your prescriptions to go is a joke as well. It’ll say pending for the longest time and just won’t add into your account.
Overall a terrible app. Needs a ton of work if it wants to be user friendly and actually useful to its patients. Only reason I gave it a 2 is because the idea is all there. Just needs to be more convenient.

I don’t like this app
I don’t like this app because Nobody responds to my messages. And when they do respond it has been over a week for a reply. I don’t understand when you have an app that supposedly works but it doesn’t, what is the solution?

Love this app and EPIC Health! If you aren’t a patient I highly recommend giving them a try!
