complete scammers. my “20 Gigabytes” lasted 1 day and it wasn’t even coming up as gigabytes. do not purchase their sim cards, thank me later
Terrible support - warning to customers- Do not use them!
My husband tried to top up his account but the app did not do this despite him only wanting and pressing the “ top up” part on the app. A new bundle was added and now he has been trying for 48 hours to arrange a correction or at least a credit as he does not need a new bundle.
The slow responses which also include cutting him off has made me worried that new potential customers are not made aware of this mobile service that they might be contemplating using while traveling in Europe.
The lovely chap in Malta airport that we dealt with certainly made it sound easy to top up online so there is no criticism of him, just the weird app which you need for top ups ( which is obviously a misnomer!)

They steel your money
They said I need to top up 10 euro to buy the 9.99 bundle. I did. But received only 9,62 euro to the account. They said I need to add more cause of local taxes 4%. But I can’t add just 1 euro, only 5. So to use an internet in Malta for one day as a traveler you need to gift them 10 euro or more. No other options.

Useless app
The app is pointless. You still need to send an SMS in order to purchase a bundle. Your app will not give you options it only tells you what you have.. honestly I am surprised why such a useless app is created by a supposedly multinational company!
Epic fail
Vodafone app was inconvenient, true, but at least it worked. This one just shuts off or freezes every time I am trying to perform any action: view the bill, check my profile, pay the bill. By now I have tried about dozen of times with zero success.
