The game gives the promise that a purchase will remove the ads, but ads still pop up constantly. It destroys a decent game and robs people of their money

For sum reason I can’t be able to play this game and I remember play this game back then and I wanted to play it again but for sum reason I can’t play it. I really love this game probably one of the best games I have on my phone the problem is that it doesn’t even let me play it. I press on the game and it just crashes immediately it doesn’t say nothing it just crashes. I really need to know why it does that. If anybody could help me I would really appreciate it. Btw I have the iPhone 11 idk if that has to do something with it.
