Not Song Publishing Compatible

Does not offer any song publishing of downloads, which I want to self-publish as my own songs mixed with my own vocals and instrumentals.

Keeps charging my card even after canceling

Stay away from this service. They keep charging my card even after canceling. They are hard to reach and never answer calls or reply to emails.
Worst company with no customer service.

Can’t log in, after few failed attempts with correct information I decided to change my password. Something just doesn’t seem to be right about this app.

Not sure about it

Can’t get beyond the download , took the 15 day trial with option of taking monthly but it wouldn’t let me combine the app to it to form into the work force of it , the app wanted another monthly fee , just not sure it let me continue without paying it for a year in advance , it just seems that both are not allowing me to work
Both together without paying for both the app and the plan , If so no just can’t afford it.

Similar name

This isn’t the epidemic sound website. They seem like a licensed website to use for videos, they aren’t and you can’t search for music.

Subscription expired immediately

Signed up for use, but it says on the Home Screen that the subscription has expired. Only options are for changing the password, reading the legal, or logging out.

Devs should probably look into this before launching. Just a thought.

Why the separate products?

My hope was to be able to filter through music on the go for my videos. I already pay for your epidemic sound product, why won’t you harmonize the experience so that I can do this?

Can’t log in. Doesn’t work

Tells me my password and email are incorrect- the same one I used to log in online seconds before.

Doesn't let me log in

I have an epidemic sound account on the website, so j decides to download the app but whenever I try to log in it says my email doesn't match with any account, I will change my rating if it were otherwise, but he doesn't let me log in

Love browser version, hate this app

I was hoping this app would be a godsend to help me filter through songs while doing other things but I can’t even get passed the login screen. It says my email isn’t registered to an account and I tried resetting my password but it didn’t work, I got the same error message. I know this is wrong though because on one safari tab (the epidemic sound website) logging in works without a problem but on the epidemic spaces app and website there’s for sure a problem. Hopefully they will fix this bug though, still love the brand but if it still doesn’t work after a while I might have to switch over to another company that does have a working app.

Same as the other guy said, open it, try to log in and just says doesn’t recognize email. This Needs to be fixed, coz it doesn’t work at all

Something Is Wrong With Login

Something is wrong seriously with your system, you can’t even long in to verify your account. Please fix this matter. Even my daughter cannot log in to verify her account so it’s something wrong with your system.
