I bought this app for free to use the free trial 1 week to edit my photos background. However when I deleted the app when I was done after the one week free trial I was charged 51.99 dollars for the pro version! I didn’t get one warning or anything even though I literally deleted the app…

Usage limit??
Why the hell did I pay $9.99 for a MONTH of pro as advertised, then the pro features reached their “usage limit” on the first day of me using it, meaning I can’t use the pro features until NEXT MONTH. This is ridiculous, how dare you charge $10 for this joke. It clearly stated that the subscription is for one full month of using pro features, so how dare you create a usage limit expiring in a day, meaning I can’t use this app unless I pay for NEXT MONTH. What a scam, I’m filing a dispute for my credit card charge for FALSE ADVERTISING.

I saw an ad.
I saw an ad on tik tok that told me I could download this app to use the g7x filter and I thought it would be fun to play around with and see if I liked it but no I downloaded the app for nothing because as soon as I went to use the filter it was for pro users only. I would understand if I had to watch an ad to maybe try it out once but I couldn’t. I immediately am deleting this app because it’s a huge money grab. Don’t advertise the filter if it’s just going to cost money. I couldn’t even get a free trial or test out If I liked the filter… why would I just immediately give my money for a subscription??!

You guys are awesome. Been using EPIK for about 3 years now and I’ve always been impressed by the quality and features. Allows me to edit and clear up unwanted blemishes on my butt pics, nudes, etc. it’s awesome. 🙏😊 keep it up.
Mostly Decent App
I’m doing a massive photo restoration project, and overall it works pretty decent aside from the HD Enhance. It’s glitchy, and I have multiple issues everyday with it just spinning, never doing anything more, which gets frustrating.
Terrible
This app is terrible and such a money grab. Everything on this app requires “pro” which costs money. At this point just charge people for the app in general rather than wasting my time downloading it just to realize i have to spend money for anything useful. Waste of time and false advertisement.
Pro version for the basic features
you need tho pay the pro version for the most basic make up features ?? this app used to be really good and now its impossible to use. Im not paying a membership to a app that I use one a month.
Update? Not working
I usually love this app no complaints but recently I have been trying to use it and when I go click a picture to edit it a message pops up saying “please update to the latest version and try again” but when I click the “OK” and it brings me to the App Store the app doesn’t even need ti be updated it just says “open” and it goes right back to the app

I was doing the free trial to see if I like it which I don’t it’s too complicated for me so as I’m trying to log in to cancel all of sudden I can’t log in there’s a glitch or an error and it’s charge 56 dollars on my account for a damn app I don’t even use
