Thanks for using EpiPaws. A new Journal, rescue plans, and medications that know when to stop. THE JOURNAL Your Timeline is now the Journal, and opens on a single feed: seizures, dose changes, vet visits and treatments together under clear date headings, with the quiet stretches marked as calm days. Filter to Meds and you have the medication history your vet asks for. RESCUE PLANS If your vet has given you a plan for after a cluster — a pulse dose, or a few days at a higher dose then stepping down — you can write it out once, in advance, along with the rule for when it applies. EpiPaws watches, and offers it the moment that rule is met. You choose when the first dose is given, and the times the course runs at from there. It never starts anything on its own. SHORT-TERM TREATMENTS A third kind of medication, alongside Scheduled and As needed: one that runs for a set number of days and then stops. Build it in steps and the dose changes itself on the right morning, reminders, the widget and your stock count all follow the taper, and go quiet the day after the last dose. And a long list of fixes: dates, notifications, syncing between two people, and setting up a new pet.
