Thankful for EpiReminder!

As a food allergy parent, using the EpiReminder chip/app has been a game-changer, it helps lighten the mental load a bit. The temp notifications have saved us from leaving the epi in a hot car for who knows how long… countless times. It also alerts you if you’ve moved too far away from your epi (so you don’t forget it), and can even track the expiration dates of all your epi. Bonus: Excellent support when I have reached out with questions!

Update: as of June 2024, the app no longer works, website is down, emails are returned undeliverable but I was still charged $29.99 on 7/13/24. Unable to resolve this issue. Super disappointed in this outcome, this product/app was so promising!!!!

Non existent support

I reached out to support a month ago, no answer. I then saw my epi was marked at home when I’m with it and it’s been stuck on the home temperature for hours while I’m out in the hot weather. Great when it works, but zero support is scary.

Peace of Mind!

I don’t have to worry so much about forgetting my son’s epinephrine, or wonder in the middle of the night if I brought it in from the car. Even for a day outside, it’s helpful to know that it’s in the right temperature range. Definitely gives me more peace of mind!

Finally!!! The solution all food allergy parents need

We’ve been waiting for this app because our son has a severe food allergy and we need to bring his epipen everywhere. This app and chip allow us to do that by reminding us if we ever leave it behind. It’s also super easy to use. (Bonus: it tells us if our epipen ever gets too hot or cold, which will keep us from having to replace them and save us lots of $$!)
