Content great, app not; content volume often low
I really like the content, but the app is subpar. It hangs. Finding content can be hard. I looked for a documentary and found its trailer, but no link from its trailer to the actual documentary (which showed up further down the list.) I’m a subscriber and intent to remain a subscriber, but they really need to invest more in the app (Epoch Times app, too). Also, they really should standardize volume levels according to typical YouTube volume levels which are much louder than most of the content on Epoch TV. When I listen on YouTube it’s fine, but if I listen on Epoch TV or in the Epoch Times app I have to crank the volume up.
