Very disappointed
It is true. This app is fast to list. But this it. It is slow to scan. It is wrong in what it scans. The prices it suggests are not based on actual product. They can’t be. I wish i could get my money back. Very sad and unhappy with this app.

Doesn’t give you a chance to try it out. You can choose from $29.99/month or $180/year. I’m not spending so much money before I can test the app.

Getting Better all the time!
I was looking for an app that tracks eBay inventory AND gives AI resale values. This app does both, but there are a few things that need to be fixed.
PROS:
AI scanner is pretty good and gives a fairly accurate listing of sold and active items. The burst scan mode is great.
The sales and inventory features are great!
Photo tools work reasonably well- the cropping and background removal seem to work better than eBay’s.
The item location, cost, and notes fields are fantastic. This is what eBay resellers need in an app like this.
CONS:
There should be a bar code scanner for movies/books/ video games as a faster way to recognize an item.
After a sale is made, the Item Location, custom sku, and optional notes field should be shown for each sold item in the sales tab. (To make finding the sold item easier)
Syncing with eBay is a bit wonky at times. I have had sold items not reflect the paid shipping value in the sales tab. (I had to delete the app and re-install to fix this)
I have noticed a bug in the app for movies and cds where, in the details of the listing, the title field is incorrect. For cds it listed “20 Exitos” for every cd I scanned/listed. For movies it just had either 1 or 10 for the title.
There should be an export to excel/CSV function for sales, inventory, expenses, etc.
Support needs some serious improvement. The support link within the Apple App Store takes you to a broken link. Email support has not been responsive. Messaging via Instagram has not been responsive.

This app has huge potential and does so many things that I am looking for as an eBay reseller. I have started using it as my primary research/listing tool. I had high hopes for this app, from the description, it appeared to give me everything I hoped for.
At the time of this review, unfortunately it was absolutely useless and couldn’t even identify the most obvious of things.
If you need to identify items and get quick product descriptions etc, I think the current best bet is to use Google lens to find existing eBay listings.

Not accurate
First of all, I tried to subscribe with the 1999 was charged 119 tried to write an email page won’t load estimates aren’t accurate descriptions aren’t right. waste of money do not recommend. Would love to get my refund.
Does not accurately calculate eBay fees.
Completely mis calculates ebay fees so is a pointless waste of money. £190 for a year!!!!!
Good Though Maddening App
This app has done a great job of automating 90% of my sales, but for some reason when I create a listing it will enter a number value as a condition (when condition is a required field) and no amount of changing it to near mint or excellent will make the change stick - just a stubborn sequence of numbers. When the flow works it's invaluable, so I won't be ditching the app, but I'll still have to use the eBay app for that 10% and I'm not really happy about it.

Absolutely love it and it’s amazing for researching products to sell on eBay!!!
Good but…
I really like this app, but every time I go to list something it tells me that the photos are still loading then I go to put it in my drafts. It says it goes into the drafts when I go there to try again it’s not there. It’s very frustrating spend the time making sure that the listing is correct only to have it deleted by your software.

New version. New problems.
This app could be good and could be a time saver. Right now, the problem is that the newest version has an issue uploading pictures and also an issue with the drafts. Drafts are not saving and pictures are uploading sporadically if not rarely. This is a huge waste of time. Please get this fixed.
Fast and easy way to post
Really good and efficient way to post your stuff on ebay. Needs integration to track what you have posted for sale.
Horrible Customer Service
This app promises a trial period and then they ignore you. They take your money and that’s the end of it. I don’t know why they have such high reviews, it must be fake reviews. The app does not help you sell anything any faster or better than actually going onto eBay yourself.

I canceled this subscription and even told my bank not to the make the charge and yet you decided to take not one months worth but an ENTIRE year after I put a different card many days later on my Apple Account. I want my money back!!! I definitely do not want a year long subscription.

App not Opening
I enjoyed this app since I purchased it. My only complaint is the photo quality of the pictures it takes. It looks so crisp on my iPhone but when I take the picture through the app, it is grainy almost and nowhere near as clear as a regular photo. And yes I use a light box so there shouldn’t be any difference. When I post to eBay things the app doesn’t identify, which is a lot, the pictures are perfect. I tried to open the App today to post more, and it wouldn’t open. Every time I clicked on it, it closed immediately before going into the app. I deleted the app and reinstalled it after restarting my phone, Same Thing! Can someone contact me and let me know what is going on with the app please. Putting 1 star hoping developers will see this. I will then change my star rating to 4, just due to the photo quality. Developers please contact me. I click on contact developer and it redirects me to a page, says will take a few seconds, then says page unavailable. Please help, I paid a lot for this app to help me list faster. Thanks!

Like app but has very big problem loading historical data / sales
I honestly love the app and how quick it makes listing products, but in terms of keeping track of sales and essentially the whole accounting side of eBay, it says that all the funds are processing except for sales this year. The numbers are also not correct and when I go to look at any sales data for last year or the past three months or 6 months, it shows nothing. If there is anything yall can do to fix this that would be amazing!!!
