Worst Printer Ever
This is the worst experience using a printer I have EVER had in my life. Almost to the point of the ink savings aren’t worth the absolute headache of dealing with NEVER working WIFI! Every time I try to print I just want to beat this thing with a baseball bat Office Space style. NEVER, EVER, would I recommend an EPSON printer even to my worst enemy. I would have given negative stars if possible.

App doesnt work so i have a $300 printer that doesnt work
Worked fine for a couple weeks now when i open app it just spins and spins. No other problems with other apps. Hasnr worked ina. Month no matter what i do and epson is no help.
Dont buy from them, if you bought something and are downloading app and looking st reviews return that cause they also run all you prints and spy on you

Feed Tray
Rear Feed tray is set to default but print to default rear slot continuously
Update a pain
I wanted to access the app that had been working. Spent too much time jumping through needless hoops to do an “required update “. Maybe some other time. I’ve got things worthwhile to do.

Software glitchy
Could not get software to size the picture to its actual size. Was able to do this before. Previously it showed a ruler. No ruler appeared this time and even though I set it not to fill the entire page with the image, it did it anyway.
“Control your printer” unless you actually need control
I’m going to end up buying a whole new printer to replace my perfectly functional* Epson because this app is so terrible and has rendered the printer useless to me. The main thing I print is shipping labels, and that means they need to print at the correct size to fit on the package- but if there’s a way to stop the app from stretching them to fit the page, I sure as hell can’t find it. I also can only print from one of my devices because the other, although they claim it’s supported and it worked before, has not been recognized by the app for almost a year now. Forcing use of an app to print is in itself ridiculous and unacceptable, but for it to be this bad, I will spend the money to get as far away from Epson as I can. File>Print did everything we needed it to do, and here you come. RIP what used to be a decent brand.

WiFi suddenly not connecting
Tried all possible options and somehow suddenly it’s not able to detect my home WiFi and keep saying NO WiFi

Inconvenient for printing from a phone.
PDF Only
There are more file formats than pdf. If it can only do pdf, it should convert it or learn other formats. The world does not operate on pdf alone.

The aesthetic is nice, it’s got a pleasant printing sound, the interface is decent enough, but Epson needs to make connecting through WiFi to print easier. And more intuitive. I have to go through a bunch of steps for something i should be able to send over and print out. Badabang badaboom.

Waste of Time
I just got this printer spent almost an hour troubleshooting blank paper prints from the app. I seriously tried everything AI and the internet recommend. I even took the thing apart and put it back together.
I tried printing directly from Files on my phone and it printed perfectly. This app is useless and a waste of time. No helpful user support or any kind of relevant FAQs to my issue. I was able to completely set up and connect to the printer without using this app.
Seems like my issue is more of a unique, one off issue, but I have a tech background and deal with printers a lot. There is seriously something wrong with this software.

Horrible
Can’t print always something causing it not to print when it does it’s dark blue . You just can’t print something . I had this 2 weeks and took it back got another one . it’s still not printing right .

Just purchased this and what a machine ,brilliant I love the in storage so much better I had a cannon but such a backward machine ,I can print from my I phone ,so easy
