IT NEVER STAYS CONNECTED
Tired of troubleshooting this junk. It takes two days to print and the app needs to be reinstalled constantly
Rubbish!
Won’t connect to my phone. Won’t open a document to print. Says it prints quickly. Took two mins for one sheet. After all that time doing set up. One week later it won’t print anything. First Epson and will never have another.

Worst to print remotely
Terrible when you try to print from your phone. It takes 50 tries even when the Wi-Fi signal is perfect.

Poor print editing controls and not intuitive
Does not let me control how I print my pictures such as portrait or landscape mode. Difficult to identify controls especially for editing how the print will look
Wont find printer
Downloaded app both on my iPad and iPhone, app works on my iPad but not on my iPhone. Very frustrating. Feel like throwing printer away and going back to Cannon printer…😡

Hate Epson app! I'm constantly having to turn off my printer, my phone or computer from which I'm printing and My home Internet connection, then starting everything up in the correct order. This time that didn't work either. I'm having to delete the app from my phone and then re-download it. We'll see if it works. Like I said, I hate this app.! I'm constantly having problems!

Awkward app not user friendly. Cant select shiny to fit page or print selected pages easily.

Supposed to be an excessive amount of print 6500 prints for color . Well I did 5 print 2 were for the printer set up and the ink went down a lot
