Worst Printer Ever
I have had nothing but problems with this printer. Connecting to my computer and ink never works.

Can’t get this to work no matter what I do. Trying to set up Epson ET-2988 printer. Can’t get anything to work!

It’s the worse printer possible!! We’ve had this printer under a year we have complained and complained as it’s not printing however no one seems to assist. Zero in customer service support

Very Frustrating App and Printer Connection
I’m very disappointed. The app constantly loses the Wi-Fi connection, often fails to connect to the printer, and takes forever to load. I’ve spent way too much time trying different solutions, but nothing works consistently. My time is more valuable than wasting it on basic printing tasks. I tried several fixes, but in the end I’m very disappointed with this printer and the app. I expected a much more reliable experience.

Handles all of my documentation needs quickly and efficiently.
Very difficult to set up via WiFi
I am quite IT literate but it has taken me over 2 hours to connect to my WiFi connection. I managed to print one page using the Epsom app and then tried printing a photo. Loads of noise but nothing printed. To say I am disappointed is an understatement

Man oh man
I am a huge fan of Epson Eco tank. This is my fourth or fifth printer. I got the 1913 version which was exam grade. I had the worst problem getting my Internet. To hook up to the printer. The only reason why I’m reading the four is because it took me so much time to finally figure it out. Infinity kept blaming Epson. Epson kept blaming infinity if you get any of these printers, be careful setting it up. Do not split or start making changes because it’s gonna cost you a lot of time. I will reiterate that I am a huge fan of Epson printers. I think they’re the best.

Used to be good
The latest update broke double-sided printing, it is no longer available for any document in any format. Wastes lots of paper.

Printer never works, constantly disconnecting from WiFi, constantly saying printer paper mismatch. This machine and app belong in the trash.
Love it.
Absolutely love the printer and app beautiful prints, easy to work with. The remote printing is an added bonus
