Epson does everything possible to make it so you can’t earn enough points to earn any of their big ticket items in the shop, and won’t record referrals that you need to earn points.

It’s great when it actually works
This app is wonderful when it actually decides to work properly. But when it doesn’t work properly. That doesn’t appear to be any way to get in direct connection with somebody from support. I’ve gone up a few ranks in the app. And for those ranks I should be getting a couple of thousand points each. But I haven’t gotten the points. They’re stuck in my “unclaimed rewards” and they have no apparent button or option to redeem them. I’m sitting on like 5k points that I CANT ACCESS. And there’s no way to get in contact with any kind of support to fix this issue. And I’m not the only one with this issue. I asked on the community page about it and it seems there are 3 other people experiencing this same issue.
