Worse than the website

This app isn’t any better than the official government website housing these files, and in some cases it’s worse. Loading documents can be slow, and navigating the app is horrible. It’s also an ugly design.

Response from developer

We’re sorry you had a frustrating experience, but it is important to clarify where these issues come from. Our app pulls these files from the government source, and the speed, availability, and performance of document loading are heavily dependent on that source system. This archive contains over 6 million files and petabytes of data, so when the government side is slow, rate limited, or inconsistent, that directly impacts how quickly files can be delivered in our app as well. Those delays are not being created on our side locally. What we are doing on our end is organizing this enormous volume of material into a format that is far easier to browse than the raw government site, which many users find difficult, cluttered, and inefficient to navigate. We continue to improve the experience through design updates, navigation enhancements, and performance optimizations wherever we actually have control. But we also want users reading this to understand that no app can completely override the limitations of the source system it depends on, especially when dealing with millions of files and such a large amount of data. So while we respect your opinion on the design and usability, the loading issues you mentioned are largely tied to the government source itself, not because we are choosing to make the app slow. Our goal is to make this huge archive more readable, searchable, and accessible than the original source, and we will keep improving that experience.

Best Epstein files app out there. Period.

This is hands down the best Epstein files app out there. It has everything you could possibly want in one place and makes it incredibly easy to navigate through such a massive amount of information. I wonder why the DOJ doesn’t provide the files in such easy way to navigate!

The interface is very user friendly, with multiple ways to view and explore the files, which makes a huge difference when dealing with this kind of content. What really sets it apart though is the AI feature. It helps break down and make sense of millions of documents in a way that would be almost impossible to do on your own.

It’s time to expose the truth and let it be heard. This app makes that possible. Highly recommend downloading. Cheers from LA!

Response from developer

Thank you so much for the amazing 5 star review, Jenny.... this honestly means a lot. Hearing that you see the app as the best Epstein files app out there is huge for us, especially because our goal has always been to bring everything into one place and make it easier for people to actually navigate, explore, and understand such a massive amount of information. We really appreciate you calling out the interface and the different ways to browse the files.... that was a big focus for us from the start. And we are especially glad the AI feature is helping make sense of millions of documents in a way that feels useful and practical, because that is exactly what we hoped it would do. And yes.... we completely agree.... it is time to expose the truth and let it be heard. That is exactly why we built this. Cheers right back to LA, and thank you again for the support.... we truly appreciate it. ✨ Epstein Files fortune of the day 🔎 Your fortune: A sharp eye and the right tool are about to uncover something others overlooked.
