App won’t load pass the visits circle and a rebooting
App Freezes
I’m not sure why, maybe it was the update, but the app freezes right before guests have to sign the acknowledgment form. Please fix this!!!!

Using this for an event
Planning to use this for an event visitor management. So far the platform and the touch less check in kiosk looks up to it. Support is decent as well.
Best solution on the market
Tried a few visitor management systems, this one is by far the best. Easy to use and implement, clean user interface, does everything we need it to do.

Great product
We needed to have a system for visitor sign in, initially for health and safety reasons, as we are a small tech company a visitor book did not fit the bill, saw Proxyclick, tried it now using full time. We have had no issues with it at all, it just does what they say. I would recommend this.
Launch and crash
Every launch shows the splash screen briefly, then the app closes!

Hi, thank you for your comment. We are indeed aware of a bug related to the resolution of the latest iPad Pro models. We're working on a fix that should be available in the next few days. Could not get to first base
The app starts by asking the owner to sign in with their email address and password, but I could not find where to register my email address in the first place. Zero out of ten for this app.
