I need this app to be fix so I can put in my ebooks in the app needs to be updated now cause it’s over one year ago. You updated this app and it has to be up there or I will get kicked out.

txt打开乱码
不知道什么原因，有些txt文档打开会出现乱码或者乱序、内容缺失的情况，用别的阅读器打开是正常的，希望能够尽快解决这个问题。本来很开心找到这种带云端存储和多端同步功能的阅读器了，要是一直不能解决可能不得不换一个阅读器。

Good simple epub reader
This is a good app but if I change orientation of iPad the document will stop rendering correctly. Usually the width of margins or position of the document on the screen gets altered in annoying way. Also the meta data like page counts and position in book breaks too.

Neither online transfer url nor wifi transfer local url works. There is no other option like simple local file browsing.

There’s enough fonts, colour options, ways to adjust the reading experience that most people will find something for them.
The cloud sync is useful, and worth paying for (or at least I do).
My biggest problem is that the clock, which can be hidden, doesn’t have an option for 24 hours.

I like the Windows UI over the Apple UI
I’ve bought premium and the app is well-built but there are a few things that do bother me. I don’t like how there isn’t a scroll option(left or right) to make it feel like an actual book. Also the pages don’t fit the screen of my phone so I feel like it isn’t mobile friendly, compared to my laptop where it fits my screen just fine. Besides those two things I like the simple design of the app compared to other EPUB readers like Calibre. I also like how you can store up to 10GB of books if you have a premium membership. Also they sync all throughout all devices (apple, mac, windows, android). I hope to see some improvements in the future and happy to be able to read my ebooks through this app.

Bad file transferring using itunes
I used itunes to import some epub files to Neat, but the app couldn't find the files, or it refused the import, I didn't know. Try it several times, then gave up.
