Unable to pair
Garbage app!! Tries to pair and then app crashes. Hope their jacks are better quality than their app!!! Scary…
App stopped working
The app started shutting down when I tried to enter my PIN. I deleted and reinstalled the app and now it won’t connect to the system.
Just Shuts Down
The app finds my levelers but just closes down when I try to enter my PIN.
Works when it wants to
App crashes all the time. It’ll randomly require setting a new pin. Requires you enter the pin every single time you open the app. It causes more frustrations than it solves.
Won’t pair w iPhone 15
The phone beeps when you open the app but cannot connect or even show up in Bluetooth on iPhone. Using the “find devices” button on the app just times out after a minute with no results. Useless.
Cannot restore connection
A year ago I lost connection between the app and the controller. It worked fine for a year. Then IOS changed and lost all connection. No info in the app or support section or the website on how to restore connection. I reinstalled the app as directed in the manual but that doesn’t work. I see that the app hasn’t been updated in 3 years. Therefore, this is a useless app and the feature advertised is not available.

No good anymore
App worked great before I updated my iPhone. Now it’s USELESS.
Worked ok once
No problem initially but after first us never could get it to connect again. Pretty pointless as it gives no more control than the pad. Doesn’t give any indication of level or not. Just a controller for stabilizers to go up or down.
Can’t pair iPhone 14 Pro
I used this app without any issues on my old iPhone X for years. Now that I have an iPhone 14 the app can’t see my phone and my phone can’t see the device either. I have done everything the EQ support staff have suggested and still can’t pair. The last response I got from support was basically I don’t know anything about your new phone but if it worked with your old phone there is no issue with the device. Seems odd that this is the only Bluetooth device (and I have many)that I can’t see or connect to…

Paired and worked perfectly
No problem pairing or connecting here. App works exactly like the dashboard panel. Very handy. An indication of being level would be a nice addition.
Works fine but not clear indicators.
Had no problem connecting or operating but after leveling I get no indication it is level or done. Would be nice to get four green checks to show it is done, or red or yellow exclamations to show it is unlevel on certain sides.
Cannot connect to the app
Tried several times to connect. I followed their directions and video and cannot get connected. When you click on their website in the app it takes you to a non working site.
Does not work
I have the IPhone 13 pro and this app does not work at all.
Not pairing
Just installed won't work on iPhone 6plus.
EQ smart level update
The new update does not work with my iPhone. The old one worked great. I am assuming I need a newer iPhone for it to work.
Customer service
Equalizer leveling systems customer service is second to none. I had a problem with one of my jacks from the factory. The dealer said it would be three months before they could get it replaced. I worked with a representative at equalizer and they had me fixed in less than a week so I could go on my scheduled trip. the people were super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. that’s the way I like to do business. no nonsense customer satisfaction 100%.

Works as Hoped
Pretty slick little app. I find the up/down arrows opposite from I would expect, but once you are used to it, it's easy and even a little fun to use.

Works just like you are using the keypad. Nice to be able to start leveling without being in the RV.
