Mangelhaft die Umsetzung

App installiert, dann muss man zum registrieren in einen enviaM Laden gehen dort einen Aufkleber auf den Führerschein. Dann ging das Registrierungsgerät im Laden in Taucha nicht. Nächsten Tag nochmal versucht. Freude geklappt. Donnerstag eine Auto reserviert. Leider ging das Auto nicht zu öffnen, Hotline 45 Minuten Wartezeit, dann von anderen Leuten erfahren der Bürgermeister hat die selben Probleme schon gehabt. Also sehr ungenügend.

Die App ist übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen. Support kümmert sich umgehend und gibt schnell Rückmeldung.

Vorschlag: Abfragen, ob der Buchungstermin in den Kalender eintragen werden soll.

Feste Ladestationen für die Flotte wird bald notwendig werden. Oder nicht so attraktive Parkgebühren wenn das Privatfahrzeug voll ist. Teilweise kann der Mietwagen nach Mietende nicht an einer Ladesäule angeschlossen werden.
