Good idea but execution not quite there.
I have experience with the SHF method, and the app does a good job guiding users through the techniques. I took 2 stars off because the app assumes I have tapped once every time it asks for a tap response. I have tried a number of different tapping techniques to see if I can get the app to detect my tapping twice but it just doesn't, so all the feedback I receive in the app is for the tap once option.

A new way to meditate
I’ve tried a lot of meditation apps, Headspace, Calm, Walking Up, and Equa is doing something super cool. Having real-time feedback on my breath as a way to “measure” my practice feels validating, and gives me a new sense of confidence that I am doing it well!
Login doesn’t work
The logging page when I get a confirmation email doesn’t work and doesn’t allow me to use the app.
Abandoned
I wanted to like this science based meditation app. There is a curriculum but there aren’t any instructions. Most of the courses are just one unit/one day. No guidance for how to use the dashboard. I’ve completed dozens of sessions yet I have 0 minutes “formal training.”You’re supposed to compete micro exercises each day but you only get one reminder and it comes shortly after your full training session. You have to email to get support but I’ve been waiting months for a response to a simple question.

Great mindfulness app
I’ve only just started using this app, but it’s been very helpful to carve out time during my busy day. It reminds me to take time for myself and to be mindful of how I’m feeling. If I’m tense, it helps me to be more relaxed. If I’m relaxed, it helps to improve the quality of the moment.
Great for anyone who would like to be more intentional on changing their state of mind.
