Doesn’t work any more

I opened EqualIt app today and clicked on categories but nothing happened. No equations or conversion options or anything. I think the developer quit working on app. Hasn’t been updated for 2 years.

Can’t save …

I used to be able to save most commonly used conversions to favorites. Since I updated I have not been able to save the newer conversions that I want to use to my favorites. Please advise on how to save on this new update.

Hi, thanks for using Equal=it. To add to your favorites, select you category and untis then tap on the favorite icon just above the "=" sign in the calculator. Once added, that icon will be filled. You can then tap on it to remove from your favorites. Please contact me at feedback@monkeylabs.mobi if you have any other questions.

Hi there was a manual way to make the app in dark mode in version 1.6, but with version 2.2, it is done automatically based on your system preference. Please update your app to the latest version. If you have any question, please contact feedback@monkeylabs.mobi Thank you

Worked before - then didn’t……now it does.

I gave a 1 star review earlier. There were 2 reasons. First, The program did not work. Apparently there was a bad update to the app which has now been fixed. The second was there was no way to contact the developers. I sent 2, perhaps 3 emails via various channels. Each one was refused because of a bad address or other technical reason. However they probably received them since they eventually answered me. I have no idea if the second problem has been fixed. That is, can someone now contact them, get a response and continue from there? Let’s see where it goes from here on out.
Addendum
The developer reached out to me and explained everything. He did not know the email in the app was wrong. He is correcting it.

Excellent

Have been using this app for years. It is incredibly useful for anybody who needs to quickly convert measurement units anytime and get quick reliable results. I can convert multiple units in the same category at a time. Extremely satisfied with this app. I also want to add that the support is very responsive, email him with a question and get a timely response. I would definitely recommend this app.

Beats all other converter apps I’ve tried

Been using earlier versions of Equalit for 4-5+ years, the multitude of formula resources beat out all others I’ve tried.. mL’s recent 2.0 upgrade appears to be keeping the team busy with refinements. However, as a longtime user I’ve benefited greatly from this free converter app..and am more than patient while they work through the upgrade…. recent communication requesting assistance was answered within a few hours, their response and solution is a great testament to the group’s experience and diligence! and JF, thanks for your clear and concise solution response!!

Errors in conversation

I just downloaded the 2.1 version of this app and it is still inaccurate. I wanted it for the cooking measurement conversions. However, not all the conversions can be trusted. 6 teaspoons converted to 96 cups. 4 gallons converted to .25 cups. Can’t be used as is.

Missing Viss unit conversion request

Viss to pounds counts as follows;
One viss equals 3.6 pounds,
and there are 100 ticals to a viss.
One tical equals 58 ounces.
Wish to make it avilable to Kg and other units too.

I used to love this app, but the latest update is driving me nuts. At first the numbers were duplicating when I tapped them once. Then, I decided to delete and reinstall. Now the new calculator doesn’t give the right amounts on the cooking screen—miscalculation. I’m so sad and disappointed because this app is reg part of my day to say.

A few things

First of all, this app is great, it is very nice to have an offline way to convert units. I like the interface a lot, very clever design. The app is simple to use, yet effective.

Unfortunately I am experiencing a couple of bugs with version 2.0 which was released a few days ago. I am using iOS 16.1.1 on an iPhone 12. There are two problems I experience:
* The icons on the top are partially cut out of screen and cannot be used. If tapped, nothing happens.
* Keyboard taps are duplicated. For example, let’s say I choose Length and then select kilometers and miles. I tap on kilometers and the tap 2 on the keyboard. The keyboard tap is duplicated and the actual number that’s written in is 22. Same happens when I tap on backspace, both numbers are deleted.

Cette mise à jour ne fonctionne pas.
Si dans pied, je veux écrire 140, il est écrit: 114400.

Si je sélectionne longueur, la page apparaît et disparaît .

Dommage, l’application fonctionnait très bien et très utile.
