About

■ This is a dry-land training tool Frenzel Master drills freediving equalization timing and breath hold rhythm on dry land, before you ever get in the water. Never use this app while you are in the water. Never do breath hold training in water alone. ■ Ever turned back because your ears wouldn't clear? In freediving the first thing that stops you is not your lungs — it is your ears. Miss the equalization timing and you will not get past a few meters. Frenzel Master repeats that timing, and the breath hold rhythm behind it, until it is automatic. ■ Equalize on the way down Pressure climbs as you descend. Equalize late and your ears lock up and the descent stops. Practice against a real descent rhythm until the timing is in your hands. • CWT (finning) and FIM (pulling the line) • Pressure, buoyancy and oxygen consumption modelled by depth and water temperature • Time your press to the diver's pull on screen for a perfect equalization • Every dive logs your equalization count and the depth you stalled at • Step-by-step Frenzel technique guide with anatomy explained ■ 20 dive sites and 28 wetsuits Start in a training pool and, as your records grow, open up a coral garden, a cenote, a blue hole and 90 m under the ice. • Every site has its own depth, water temperature and visibility, and those numbers go straight into the simulation • Cold water costs you oxygen — a well-insulated wetsuit buys some of it back • The speed, buoyancy and insulation of all 28 wetsuits are modelled • 32 marine creatures pass by on the way down ■ The breathe-up, in the real order Breathe-up → limp phase → passive exhale → final inhale → glottis lock. The same sequence and timing used before a real dive. • The final inhale fills belly → ribs → clavicle • The lung gauge stops you at 85–90%, never 100% • Haptic cue on every phase change, so you can follow it with your eyes closed ■ Breath hold tables (CO2 / O2) • CO2 table — shrinking rest intervals, the way carbon dioxide tolerance is trained • O2 table — growing holds, the way hypoxic adaptation is trained • Static apnea timing and personal bests • Tables generated from your own current numbers ■ Heart rate strap (optional) Pair a Bluetooth heart rate strap to see your real heart rate during training. Heart rate data stays on your device and is never sent to a server. ■ Your progress adds up • Daily training streak and practice reminders • Best depth, longest hold, equalization success rate • Dive logbook, depth chart and 16 badges • Sign in with Apple or Google to keep everything across devices • Everything works without signing in, too ■ Who this is for • Divers whose descent stops because equalizing fails • Beginners preparing before a freediving course • Divers keeping the feel between seasons • Scuba divers who get ear pain on descent ■ Safety — please read This app is a dry-land practice tool. • Never use this app while you are in the water. • Never do breath hold training in water alone. Blackout comes without warning and is fatal when nobody is watching. Always train with a dedicated buddy. • This app does not replace instruction from a qualified freediving instructor and does not provide medical advice. • If you have a respiratory or cardiovascular condition, or you are pregnant, talk to a doctor before starting. You must agree to this notice the first time you open the app. Contact: ilbeol.com@gmail.com Website: https://ilbeol.com/pages/frenzel_master
