Hate the changes
Equals have now introduced a password in addition to the two factor code that gets sent to you. This is an awful process for trying to purchase things online. You’ve already sent me a code, why does it need an extra password. Let me authenticate it with the app like banks don’t you must. But don’t send me a code then make me also type in an additional password.

Was Good Not Anymore Though
Was a really good app to use before. Since moving to iPhone 15 pro max the app has lost the Face ID feature and also has no option of saving your login credentials. A definite move in the wrong direction and needs fixing asap.

Infuriating
I can’t see the overall account balance from the app, which means I can’t see what I can top up to colleagues. I also don’t seem to be able to approve my own top ups which was never a problem in the previous app.

Still bugging
Last app version as today, it crashes when I try to add pictures receipts. Add option for adding more than one picture!
Other providers are sending you instant messages of the transaction with option to add the receipt immediately, you should fix that too, will avoid preserving the receipts with the risk of loosing them…

Very good app - still a bit of tweaking and couple of glitches, which I understand are being sorted out.

Not impressed
Really glitchy app that closes without warning. Also some buttons simply can’t be clicked on! Ridiculous!!!
PIN number page sticks and it’s so frustrating!
Using the app drives me a little insane as the pin code page always seems to “stick” on the date of birth confirmation and won’t unstick for hours. Not helpful in the middle of a transaction! Because of this I only use my card now for phone transactions. Apart from this glitch it’s a great little app.

Delay issues
Would improve significantly if annotations were available from time transaction made and if receipts could be added immediately.
