Subscription does not work for NRI customers
I鈥檓 extremely unhappy with my subscription. I opted for the best package you offer yet it has been months that the mobile app is not showing my 5 in 5 subscription.
Additionally, I am not getting any portfolio updates by email notifications. Suddenly, I am seeing financial updates for stocks like Cipla by email. It is very inconvenient to keep track of updates by going into the website myself.
I鈥檓 not getting any buy, hold or sell recommendations by email.
I request you to either fix all these issues for me or give me a partial refund as I am not getting full service since the day I got this subscription.
This is unfair.
