I honestly love this app it’s good for all equestrians of any kind at first I was having some troubles with the timing of it but now it’s seemed to change I totally recommend it for everyone out there

Since update no more free tracking

I was really enjoying this app to track my trail riding a couple times a month. The tracking was free with limited stats. Since the update, it no longer allows tracking at all without premium and it deleted one of my horses.

Hi there! We're sorry to hear you've had this experience. We haven't removed any existing free tracking features recently. Offering some features only through Premium helps us continue developing and maintaining the app for all riders, but we're always working to keep the core experience valuable and accessible. We also don't delete users' horses. However, since April 2023, adding and tracking multiple in-app horses has been a Premium feature. If your Premium subscription ends, your horses remain in your account, but on the Free plan you'll only be able to track with one in-app horse. You can still be a co-rider for multiple horses. We'd like to look into why you weren't able to start tracking and help you get everything working again.
