About
Equilibrium turns the heart rate variability your Apple Watch already records into one clear number: how stressed you are today, compared with your own normal.
No accounts. No cloud. Your health data never leaves your device.
HOW IT WORKS
Your watch measures HRV (SDNN) around the clock. Equilibrium compares today's readings against your personal 30-day baseline for the same time of day and scores the difference from 1 to 100 — 50 means "your usual". Higher means more strain than usual; lower means calmer.
WHAT YOU GET
• A stress score with a plain-language reading of what it means
• Today's HRV timeline with your personal zones — above, near, or below your average — zoomable to 6, 12, or 24 hours
• 7-day stress history, including today so far
• Alerts when stress runs unusually high or rises sharply — automatically quiet at night (10 PM–8 AM)
• Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets
• A companion Apple Watch dashboard
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything is computed on your iPhone. Equilibrium has no servers, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking. Your data stays in Apple Health and on your device.
WHAT YOU NEED
An Apple Watch (or another device that writes HRV to Apple Health). Equilibrium needs about a week of wear to learn your baseline before your first score appears.
Equilibrium is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition — it shows you patterns in your own data. If you have health concerns, talk to a doctor.
