Horrible App
I am not one to write bad reviews about anything, but this app has got to be one of the most infuriating things I’ve ever had to deal with. This app constantly kicks you out when you try to log in to view your accounts, when you click on different pages it always tends to glitch back to the previous page you were just on, and if you try logging in and mess up ONE character in your password, it deactivates your account and makes you contact your institution to fix it. It also doesn’t help that this bank is usually only open Monday-Friday, so if anything happens on the weekend you must wait until Monday to get help. I hope this association puts in the work to fix these problems, because this app is the reason I will be switching banks.

Always disconnecting or kicking you out or bugging
The app always bugs were sometimes you can get on without a problem and you can do what you need to if it’s transferring money or if it’s just checking your accounts and a lot of the time you try to log in and it kicks you out and makes you put back in all your login info and it kicks you out alot when you try to transfer money or click on one of your accounts to look at transactions.
