Great app, horrible support

I love the app. It integrates everything well. The way it syncs has allowed things to get missed. I had 2 appts disappear from my Schedule. The customer service is literally nonexistent. I have tried on 3 occasions to have two different issues resolved and they never responded. I ended up having to change my card to cancel.

Too expensive.

This app is absolutely incredible. The only problem is to keep it running after the trial period they charge roughly $5 a horse. I have too many horses on rotation to pay that mess. Which is was just a set monthly fee. I’d recommend this to everyone if it was.
