I love the way I can communicate through the whole process. The driver who hauled my horse was so kind and so nice, it’s was really reassuring. This company knows what they’re doing

I was nervous to try an app to haul my horse but they were responsive and helpful the whole time. They put me in touch with a great company and I had the horse delivered the same week I contacted Equo. Thanks!
Doesn’t work
I have been trying to set up an account for over a month. I’ve tried two separate email addresses. Can’t even get a confirmation number to set up an account. Don’t waste your time
Long Distance Relations
So it seems for shorter trips, Equo does a great job. But if you are looking to get a horse moved long distances, you will have better luck (and much less anxiety) if you book a company yourself.
I requested a trip (from CA to CO) a month in advanced, and the sales reps kept in contact with me about my dates and saying “They’re working on it and they’ll get back to me”. Well I waited, and waited. Finally 1 week out from moving day I get a text from another sales rep asking if I still needed the trip. YEAH! So I kind of got the hint and started looking for my own trip, which was next to impossible on such short notice and cost me more than TWICE what they quoted me on the app.
Needless to say, my trust in them ended up costing me a lot of lost time, a LOT of money and a huge amount of stress.

Excellent service
Finally a solution to last minute shipping dilemmas. As a first time user all my questions were answered and service was exactly as promised. And on top of excellent service rate was reasonable and exactly as quoted. Highly recommend.
Best in the business
Thankful to have Equo as a way to ship my horses. I can always count on them for getting my horses where they need to be safe and sound. A must have app with great customer service!
Disappointed!
I think my first review was deleted, so I’m trying this again**
I was really excited to use this app for the first time when moving from WI to CA. I thought the app and the concept was really cool, and they advertised being able to put your trip together in 5 days (planned) or less than 4 days (rushed). I requested my trip a month prior so I could plan accordingly on my end, hoping to be there for the pick up and delivery date. After 3 weeks, I still had no ball park pick up date or confirmed trip. However, their overly lax business structure isn’t why I’m giving them a 1 Star.
Basically, after booking, two days later I got a text asking if my dates were flexible, which they were and I was happy to oblige. So he said he’d update me later. He didn’t so after 3 or 4 days, I sent a text to the same number, nonchalantly looking for an update. No reply. I wait 4 more days, then I call the company. First, it went to voicemail and the second he answered said he’d look into it and get back to me LATER THAT DAY. So I waited. FOR FIVE DAYS. Then I called again. It went to their voicemail both times, which is annoying being that I called during normal business hours. ALMOST IMMEDIATELY after, I got a text saying they’re working on it, and maybe they’ll have a truck out to CA in the next week or so. While the vague response is bad enough, I’m especially bothered that they saw me call TWICE, chose to ignore it, and answered with a text.
I’ve been in business and customer service long enough to know that is NOT how you treat your customers.
I sent an email to a different person in the company to kindly express my frustration. No reply.
All in all, I canceled my trip and found a new transportation service for my horse. I don’t feel like I can trust Equo to transport her safely since they aren’t communicative and certainly can’t be bothered to answer basic questions or plan ahead.
