I came back after a year off, I got a notification that it would be a good idea to move to a newer server. When I accepted the prompt I was taken to a login screen… it used to use my gamecenter account to log in now it wants something new. Can’t access any of my stuff and I’m not starting over. Guess I’ll be extending my break permanently.

Bug fixed but solution was horrible
They remove all people gems and support said once you earn enough gems it will allow you to use gems. I earn 6000 to 10000 gems daily. I think they created another bug trying to fix their bug. Horrible, but don’t buy gems in this game if they can do that. Also support isn’t responding to me. It would be a one star but the actual game is good. I enjoy playing for free and still being one of the top players.

Terrible game and useless support from developers
After playing for months and spending so much time time and money . They took all the gems from my account and stopped letting me use any gems. And the support only replied saying , ‘there was a mistake from the developer regarding the last event’ . So rather than taking responsibility for themselves they are making players pay for their mistakes.

Glitch
They glitched and gave out millions of the gems used for summons to some people and while I was playing they took them and now I’m at 0. I don’t believe that was the best way to go about that situation. Maybe a free upgraded character or something but taking all my gems because of your mistake seems petty and childish especially seeing as to how I’m in debt and everything I get gems and log off when I come back I’m back at 0.

Love the game but….
If the servers are full, then you are locked out forever. Lost everything and when I try to start over, that server will get populated an I get locked out of that one too. Love the game but they need to do something about the servers.
Scammed out of money
The game would be fun for an idle, but I paid for items and was charged but never received anything. Got something in the “mail” saying it’s been corrected with 500 gems but didn’t get anything of the items I tried buying or any of the top up rewards. Disappointing because I had high hopes for this game. Seems more of a scam with that way of doing things.

Bring back cosmetics or refund me
For real, the game was worth it when the skins actually were nice to collect, now it’s dull, boring. Only reason I played. Not to mention you sell an item in game (like a cosmetic) that I spent like 140 to max out then take it away from me and don’t even offer a refund? That’s literally theft.

Honestly this game is fun, something i can see myself doing in my free time for a but. I really do hope this game never gets shut down or anything. It seems like barley any people play this game and with low reviews it does seem like this game has a low population. Do hope this game never shuts down

You can’t save account progress in this game. Don’t waste time playing.
This game deletes your account if your inactive permanently for longer than a month and are non spending that alone is bordering on illegal and off principle makes this a avoid at all costs game
