Fun game
I really like the game. The devs could do some work on communication though. The chat shouldn’t be so limited. Why make it hard for people to talk with the character limits and etc. other than that it’s great. I just hope they understand people stay for the community of players. Probably why the game seems so dead

Terrible game
It straight up sucks now, I login for the first time and I lost everything I had. I hope this game burns to the ground let me make this clear. I usually don’t make posts but this game is miserable.

Registration capacity issue
I tried joining after I had been away for a while. I go onto my account which has a level 43. I tried to join and it says registration capacity reached it wants me to try another server but if I try another server I have to start all over again.
Account was completely deleted
Redownloaded after a long time of haven’t played it but when I opened it my account was just like I left it but then it kicked me to the homescreen and then deleted all of my progress and gems I had farmed out originally from launch

Lost everything
I came back after a year off, I got a notification that it would be a good idea to move to a newer server. When I accepted the prompt I was taken to a login screen… it used to use my gamecenter account to log in now it wants something new. Can’t access any of my stuff and I’m not starting over. Guess I’ll be extending my break permanently.

Bug fixed but solution was horrible
They remove all people gems and support said once you earn enough gems it will allow you to use gems. I earn 6000 to 10000 gems daily. I think they created another bug trying to fix their bug. Horrible, but don’t buy gems in this game if they can do that. Also support isn’t responding to me. It would be a one star but the actual game is good. I enjoy playing for free and still being one of the top players.

Terrible game and useless support from developers
After playing for months and spending so much time time and money . They took all the gems from my account and stopped letting me use any gems. And the support only replied saying , ‘there was a mistake from the developer regarding the last event’ . So rather than taking responsibility for themselves they are making players pay for their mistakes.

Glitch
They glitched and gave out millions of the gems used for summons to some people and while I was playing they took them and now I’m at 0. I don’t believe that was the best way to go about that situation. Maybe a free upgraded character or something but taking all my gems because of your mistake seems petty and childish especially seeing as to how I’m in debt and everything I get gems and log off when I come back I’m back at 0.

Love the game but….
If the servers are full, then you are locked out forever. Lost everything and when I try to start over, that server will get populated an I get locked out of that one too. Love the game but they need to do something about the servers.
Scammed out of money
The game would be fun for an idle, but I paid for items and was charged but never received anything. Got something in the “mail” saying it’s been corrected with 500 gems but didn’t get anything of the items I tried buying or any of the top up rewards. Disappointing because I had high hopes for this game. Seems more of a scam with that way of doing things.
